How does it work?
The program design is tailored to your specific organization’s context. Whether you’d like to increase your employees engagement, boost leadership and entrepreneurial skills or directly support the SDGs we’ll co-create the program with you from A to Z and co-manage it with you. Our structured process ensures they are accountable to the program and that you get results.
1. Employee Engagement Program Design
We’ll start by defining the objectives of your program, the milestones we should achieve on our way to reaching them and the calendar that best works for you.
We’ll define together the selection criteria for both entrepreneurs and mentors in order to scout and find exactly what you need.
2. Internal Call for Mentors
We’ll help you identify and select the participating employees.
We’ll run one or several workshops to prepare your employees to become startup mentors and develop new skills: from onboarding them to the platform to sharing all the resources they need to best guide the entrepreneurs.
3. Intelligent matching
Our matching tool allows for an optimized & organic connection process. Your employees will meet several mentees and both of them will choose each other based on who they can add the most value to but also who they’d prefer to work during the whole experience.
4. The best mentoring platform in the ecosystem
Thanks to 1 hour weekly meetings over 3 months and our guided methodology, your employees will provide support, a new pair of eyes and confidence to their mentee, all online!
Our pedagogy will guide your employees in a structured way throughout the program, from supporting the entrepreneur they matched with in the development of their value proposition all the way to defining their growth plan and much more.
5. Program closing
We’ll reflect on the learnings with your employees & measure the concrete soft and hard skills developed, and how it increases their loyalty, commitment and engagement with your company.
