[Madrid, December 20, 2024]Bridge for Billions, in collaboration with TMF Group, has announced the second edition of the Beyond Boundaries program, a co-designed initiative aimed at empowering early-stage social entrepreneurs in Latin America and EMEA regions. The program aims to provide mentorship, resources, and a global network to help their businesses grow locally and globally.

Building on the success of the first edition, which benefited 45 social entrepreneurs in scaling their initiatives, the program aims to amplify its impact by encouraging even greater participation and broadening its reach in 2025.

Empowering social entrepreneurs across regions

The Beyond Boundaries program focuses on addressing key challenges faced by early-stage social entrepreneurs, including:

  • Difficulty connecting with mentorship and professional networks.
  • The need for clear strategies to grow revenue and scale operations.

By providing tailored mentorship, educational tools, and funding opportunities, the program enables participants to overcome these barriers and achieve sustainable growth.

TMF Group’s joint initiative reflects its belief in the power of collective action. The mentors involved in the program will be mainly employees from TMF group, who can join on a voluntary basis. By providing employees with opportunities to give back, the company fosters stronger connections and inspires personal and professional growth.

The Beyond Boundaries program also represents a shared vision of TMF Group and Bridge for Billions to foster positive social impact through mentorship and capacity building.
