Our partnership models
Incubation programs for entrepreneurs
The model where a funding organization wishes to make an impact for specific communities or build an employee volunteering program. Bridge for Billions offers consultancy and expertise and/or works to implement the program from A to Z, taking care of the cohort of entrepreneurs and mentors.
Training the trainers: supporting ESOs for bigger impact
To generate quality-impact, it is key to establish strong partnerships with local organizations. In this partnership model, your organization partners with Bridge for Billions, who scouts and trains a local ESO that will adapt the programs to the local context, so entrepreneurs improve their incubation experience and opportunties.
Transforming the ecosystem
This partnership generates a 3 year initiative called Conecta, meant to have a ripple effect within regional ecosystems.
It’s designed to empower several Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESOs) so they can replicate the launch of inclusive incubation programs for their beneficiaries. By working together as a community of social impact organizations, they’ll be able to better support regional ecosystems as well as make them more resilient and sustainable.

Program design
Count on our expertise running entrepreneurship programs in 147 countries and across all sectors to understand how to reach your organization’s objectives. Let’s define the type of entrepreneur you want to support based on your organization's purpose, their needs and the ideal mentor for this type of founder.
Program kick-off
After we align on the pillars of your entrepreneurship program, your assigned Program Manager is ready to kick-off. In collaboration with Marketing we will develop communication materials to find the entrepreneurs and mentors for your program. Once the selection process is over we’ll build the perfect teams between mentors and entrepreneurs. You can also include your employees as mentors!
Incubation journey
We manage all aspects of the program implementation with you, from launch and scouting of participants to facilitation, incubation support and impact reporting. Our incubation platform comes equipped with the content, methodology and technology to keep the program flexible to every entrepreneur’s reality. Feel free to add specific sessions or resources in order to provide a tailor-made experience to your participants.
Closing & evaluation
After entrepreneurs have validated and built strong businesses and meaningful relationships through their weekly one-to-one sessions and training with their mentors, we can host a demo day to celebrate the achievements and reflect on the experience with all your stakeholders. You’ll also get a complete report with the key results and learnings from the program.

“I am highly grateful for being involved in the program and getting a large network, obtaining so many necessary skills and having an opportunity to re-visit all the sections of my business and think of possible scenarios. This was definitely of the best efforts undertaken in connection with my business.”

“I went online and I looked through the Bridge for Billions website and I just saw people from all over the world: various cultures and different generations. It is so awesome and mind-blowing to know that programs like this exist for everyone. Without these programs, a lot of people in my position wouldn’t have access to other resources and would have to start from scratch. These programs are very important, very well-structured and very wanted and needed by our communities.”

“Thanks to Bridge for Billions, we have successfully managed a pivot, landed our first customer, and set up the business to have explosive growth this year. We couldn’t have done it without the great support from our mentors Amine and Tony, as well as the Bridge for Billions team. Working with our mentors in particular has been critical in helping us in a recent pivot and closing a sale to our first customer.”
